At Wordmox, we are committed to delivering high-quality translation services tailored to the needs of our clients. We recognise that situations may arise in which a client needs to cancel a request or seek a refund due to dissatisfaction.
To ensure transparency and fairness, we outline our cancellation and refund policy below:

1. Cancellation Terms

 

Clients have the right to withdraw their translation request prior to the start of the translation process. Once work has commenced, cancellations may no longer be accepted, and charges may apply up to the full service amount, depending on progress.

2. How to Cancel

 

To cancel a request, clients must send an email to support@evolvecore.co.uk, clearly stating their full name, order reference, and the reason for cancellation. We recommend doing this as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary charges.

3. Refund Guidelines

 

3.1. Dissatisfaction with Service

 

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, clients who are not satisfied with the completed translation can request a refund within 30 days of delivery. The request must include specific examples highlighting the issues. EvolveCore LTD will review the case and, if justified, issue a partial or full refund within 14 days.

3.2. Cancellation Before Work Begins

 

If cancellation is requested before translation work has started, clients are entitled to a full refund of any payment already made. This aligns with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which provides a 14-day cooling-off period from the contract date.

3.3. Cancellation After Work Has Commenced

 

If the translation process is already underway, a refund may not be guaranteed. However, EvolveCore LTD will assess each case individually and may issue a partial refund, taking into account the extent of work completed and associated costs.

3.4. Refund Timing

 

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 calendar days and returned to the original payment method used.
